Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Accounts Executive in the Home Care Division, located in Vapi, Gujarat. The Accounts Executive will manage accounting transactions, handle financial records, and prepare financial reports. They will ensure compliance with accounting standards and laws, work on accounts payable and receivable, liaise with stakeholders, and assist with tax documentation and audits.
Key Responsibilities -
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Manage purchase, sales, and expense vouchers
- Maintain invoices, ledgers, and financial records
- Coordinate with vendors and customers for payments & reconciliations
- Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance work
- Support monthly closing and MIS preparation
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments
- Monitor inventory/accounting coordination at the plant level
Requirements -
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts or finance
- Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and GST compliance
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
