Job Summary
Della Resorts & Adventure is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tally ERP, GST filing, ITR preparation, reconciliations, and statutory compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting entries, journal vouchers, and ledger maintenance in Tally ERP
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns)
- Ensure timely TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing
- Assist in ITR preparation and coordination with auditors/consultants
- Maintain compliance with all statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, and other applicable laws
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure activities
- Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and financial summaries for management review
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of invoices, tax records, and statutory filings
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in hospitality, resorts, or service industry
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, ITR, and statutory compliances
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
- Knowledge of audit support and tax documentation
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
Minimum Job Experience
3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in hospitality, resorts, or service industry
