About FlickIt
FlickIt is a fast-growing sports-tech startup using AI-powered biomechanics analysis to help athletes train smarter, perform better, and avoid injury. As we scale our D2C business across our own store and marketplaces, we need someone who keeps the numbers as sharp as our tech.
About the Role
You'll own day-to-day accounting for our D2C operations — from Zoho Books entries to payment gateway reconciliations to GST filings. You'll work closely with operations and sales teams to keep revenue tracking accurate in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. This is a hands-on role with full ownership of the books.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting in Zoho Books (sales, purchase, and expense entries)
- Record and reconcile e-commerce sales across Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart — order-wise revenue, returns, refunds, chargebacks, commissions, and platform fees
- Reconcile payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree) and bank accounts
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and handle TDS compliance on time
- Maintain vendor accounts and process payments
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams for order and revenue tracking
- Support monthly closing and MIS reporting
- What We're Looking For
Qualification: CA / CA Inter
- 1-3 years of accounting experience in D2C / e-commerce
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (Zoho Inventory a plus)
- Working knowledge of GST returns, TDS, and reconciliation workflows
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart) and payment gateways
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Solid grasp of accounting fundamentals — P&L, cost structures, unit economics
- Detail-oriented and self-directed; comfortable in a startup pace
