Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Executive role located in Bengaluru South. The Accounts Executive will manage financial records, oversee accounts payable and receivable, prepare financial reports, and assist in budgeting and cost management. This position also involves performing account reconciliations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting audits. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate financial operations is a key component.
Key Skills Required:
• Invoice processing and verification
• Vendor payment processing
• GRN and PO matching
• TDS, GST basic knowledge
• Reconciliation of vendor accounts
• Handling debit notes / credit notes
• Preparing aging reports
• Bank payment entries
• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, XLOOKUP)
Responsibilities:
• Verify supplier invoices with PO and GRN
• Process vendor payments on time
• Maintain accurate AP records
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations
• Support month-end closing activities
• Prepare AP reports for management
