Overview
Cart2Port Services Pvt. Ltd. - Ship Stores & Spares is a brand for Buying & Selling of Ship Supplies to end users Ship Owners, Ship Managers, Port Managers and Shipyard Owners. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Executive. The desired candidate should have at least one year of experience in a similar rank preferably in ship owning/ship managing companies. The candidate must have strong accounting skills, monitor cash flow and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Maintain vendor and customer ledgers
• Handle accounts payable and receivable follow-ups
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Support monthly and yearly financial closing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain employee attendance and leave records
• Support HR with joining formalities and employee records
Qualifications
• B.Com / M.Com (preferred) or BBA / MBA (Finance)
• Diploma or certification in Accounting/Tally / GST / Taxation (added advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy, basic analytical and problem-solving skills, time management and organizational skills
• Good communication and follow-up ability, maintain strong relationships with clients
