Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive who will own and manage our accounting operations within Odoo ERP, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and real-time reporting.
Key Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting in Odoo (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Bank).
- Handle bank reconciliation & transaction matching.
- Maintain accurate ledger entries (Debtors, Creditors, Expenses, Revenue).
- Manage inventory accounting (COGS, closing stock – Anglo-Saxon method preferred).
- Generate financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, MIS reports).
- Ensure GST compliance, invoicing, and filing coordination.
- Handle vendor payments & receivables tracking.
- Work closely with founders on financial insights & controls.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years experience in accounting / finance roles.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo Accounting (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of:
- GST & Indian accounting standard
- Inventory accounting (COGS, stock valuation)
- Bank reconciliation & financial reporting
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset.
Good to Have
- Experience in manufacturing / export business accounting.
- Knowledge of ERP setup / process optimization.
- Experience with multi-currency transactions (exports).
