Job Description : Accounts Executive
- Knowledge of Tally
- Record and maintain daily accounting transactions
- Maintain books of accounts including cash book, bank book, and ledgers
- Record and verify sales, purchase, and expense entries
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and process invoices, debit notes, and credit notes
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly
- Month and year end closing process of accounts
- Maintain documentation of Invoices
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing
Competencies:
- Proficiency in Tally
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Good Communication Skills
- Team player with a responsible attitude
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Commerce or Accounting
Experience required : 2-4 years of experience
