Role Description
The Accounts Executive position is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing financial transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role includes handling invoicing, account reconciliations, ledger entries, and preparing financial statements. The incumbent will collaborate closely with other team members to support strategic financial planning and provide accurate financial insights to the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong accounting and financial documentation skills, including ledger management and account reconciliation
- Proficiency in financial tools and software, along with the ability to analyze and prepare financial statements effectively
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills for effective account handling and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication for efficient collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements specific to the automotive industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role, particularly in an automotive or service-based industry, is a plus
