Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with a strong background in Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Bank & Ledger Reconciliation, GST, TDS, and Vendor Invoice Management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and knowledge of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Manage vendor invoices – verification, posting, and payment processing.
- Prepare and review bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate GST and TDS calculations, payments, and return filings.
- Maintain up-to-date accounting records and documentation.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for financial clarifications.
- Support audit requirements and provide necessary reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in core accounting functions.
- Hands-on experience with Tally / ZOHO software and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a corporate or multi-location setup.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and MIS preparation
