The Role
We're hiring a Finance & Accounts Executive to own day-to-day finance operations. This is a hands-on role covering the full finance stack—bookkeeping, compliance, MIS, and vendor management.

What You'll Do
Core Accounting & Operations
- Maintain end-to-end books in Zoho Books (sales, purchases, expenses, journal entries)
- Daily/weekly bank reconciliations across multiple banking partners
- Process vendor invoices, three-way matching, and payment releases
- Reconcile vendor and customer ledgers monthly
- Book expenses and process employee reimbursements
Statutory Compliance
- Prepare monthly GST working papers (outward, inward supplies, ITC reconciliation vs GSTR-2B)
- Handle TDS deduction, monthly challans, and quarterly returns (24Q, 26Q)
- Coordinate with consultants on PF, PT, and ESI compliance
- Support statutory audits, internal audits, investor diligence, and tax assessments
MIS & Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS reports (P&L, cash position, burn rate, vendor ageing)
- Deliver weekly cash flow and runway updates
- Track costs by department and project
- Contribute to investor reports and board presentations
Process & System Hygiene
- Enforce procurement-to-payment SOPs
- Maintain audit trails, document control, and vendor master data
- Manage Zoho One ecosystem (Books, Inventory, Expense, Payroll)
Who Should Apply
Must-haves:
- B.Com / M.Com graduate — OR CA dropout (Inter-cleared preferred)
- 0–3 years of hands-on accounting experience (CA articleship counts)
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books or Tally
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting fundamentals
- Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS minimum)
- Detail-oriented with strong process discipline
