Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Executive at our Noida office. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts activities, preparing financial statements, maintaining records, and ensuring timely invoicing and payments. Additional responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, reconciling accounts, monitoring compliance with statutory requirements, and collaborating with different teams to manage budgets and forecasts. The professional will play a key role in supporting the finance department’s operational efficiency and ensuring financial best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
- Experience in accounts management, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Knowledge of relevant tax regulations, compliance requirements, and documentation
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and Microsoft Excel
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/CPA/MBA preferred)
- Experience in the biotechnology or healthcare sector is a plus
