Role Overview
The IT Executive will be responsible for managing the company website, supporting internal IT systems, and ensuring smooth digital operations. The role includes providing technical support, maintaining data systems, and assisting in basic website management and troubleshooting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company website and perform basic updates
Provide IT support and troubleshoot technical issues for internal teams
Assist in system maintenance and ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure
Maintain and organize digital data and system records
Support software installations, updates, and troubleshooting
Coordinate with teams for resolving technical and system-related issues
Candidate Requirements
Qualification:
B.Tech / BCA / MCA or relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience:
0 to 2 years of experience in IT support, website management, or system maintenance
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of website management and development
Understanding of computer systems, software troubleshooting, and networking basics
Knowledge of MS Excel is a must
Ability to manage data systems and digital records
Additional Skills:
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Basic communication skills to support internal teams
Candidates based in Delhi are preferred
