🌟 Job Description
BHM Traders is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage and support day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on audit experience, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates with exposure to audit, compliance, and ERP systems will be preferred.
📊 Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Operations
- Handle daily accounting activities including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and proper documentation
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Process invoices, payments, and expense tracking
Financial Reporting
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data
Audit & Compliance
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements
- Support implementation of internal controls and SOPs
Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support senior finance team in reporting and analysis
- Contribute to process improvements and system efficiency
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
- CA (Inter) / Semi-qualified CA or MBA (Finance) preferred
- Additional certifications in accounting or audit will be an advantage
📈 Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Audit experience (strongly preferred)
- Exposure to FMCG / Trading / Retail industry is an advantage
- Good understanding of financial reporting and compliance
💻 Technical Skills
- Experience with Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems, or Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
- Familiarity with financial reporting tools
