Job Description
Anamika Khanna is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations with a strong focus on GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and reconciliations for our Hyderabad operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping in Tally/ERP systems
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, ITC verification)
- Manage TDS deductions, challans, and return filings within statutory timelines
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and GST data
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records accurately
- Generate invoices, e-invoices, and maintain statutory documentation
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams for compliance activities
- Assist in monthly closing, MIS reporting, and financial documentation
- Ensure compliance with taxation and accounting standards
- Handle vendor payments and accounts payable/receivable processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Taxation
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel
- Good understanding of reconciliations and accounting principles
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in retail, fashion, or manufacturing industry preferred
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of e-way bills and GST portals
- Experience handling audits and compliance documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
