Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Executive - AP/AR located in Bengaluru. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for processing accounts payable and receivable transactions, managing invoices, reconciling accounts, monitoring and ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and preparing financial reports as required. The role will include collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth financial operations and support audit processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and financial data entry
- SAP experience - Must have
- Experience with account reconciliations and financial reporting
- Familiarity with financial compliance, such as taxes and regulatory requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail or manufacturing sector, is an advantage
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently or within a team
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
