Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive / Accountant with 5–8 years of relevant experience to manage end-to-end accounting functions, financial reporting, GST compliance, payroll, reconciliations, and statutory accounting.
If you have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in Tally, and enjoy working in a professional consulting environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Finalisation of Accounts and Balance Sheet Preparation
- Preparation of Trial Balance, Consumption Charts, and Statement of Accounts
- Expense Scrutiny and Fixed Asset Accounting
- Maintain vouchers, invoices, receipts, payments, and accounting records
- Bank Reconciliation and Debtors/Creditors Reconciliation
- Monthly GST Working and Compliance Support
- Day-to-day Accounting Operations
- Payment Follow-ups and Petty Cash Management
- Preparation of Salary Statements, PF Records, Worker Salaries, and Daily Wage Registers
- Assist in Financial Reporting and Statutory Compliance
Eligibility & Skills
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com (or equivalent)
Mandatory Requirements
- CA Articleship completed
- 5–8 years of accounting experience in a Private Limited Company
- Strong understanding of Accounting, Auditing, GST, and Income Tax
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
