Role Overview:
URVA Consulting is hiring Accounts Executives on behalf of its client Agriprod Traders Pvt. Ltd., an agro commodities trading and processing company operating in Ghana.
The role involves cash book management, factory accounting, and internal financial controls to ensure accurate recording of transactions, effective monitoring of factory expenses, and strong financial discipline at the plant level.
This is a live-in Ghana role, suitable for candidates willing to work closely with factory operations and manage day-to-day accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily cash book and record all cash transactions accurately
- Handle factory accounting activities, including expense tracking and cost monitoring
- Ensure proper cash accounting and reconciliation on a daily basis
- Maintain accurate records of cash inflow and outflow
- Support internal control systems to prevent discrepancies and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with management for reporting of factory-level financial activities
- Verify and record petty cash transactions and operational expenses
- Prepare daily and monthly financial summaries for review
- Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards
Candidate Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in cash accounting and factory accounting
- Strong hands-on experience in cash book management
- Experience working in manufacturing or factory environment preferred
- Good understanding of internal financial controls
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Willingness to relocate and work in Ghana
