Role Description
The Accounts Executive – Accounts & Procurement Coordination role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day accounting operations, coordinating procurement activities, ensuring timely processing of invoices, reconciling accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and liaising with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement and financial workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in accounting practices, financial reconciliation, and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in procurement coordination, vendor management, and handling purchase orders.
- Ability to use accounting and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software effectively.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Understanding of tax regulations and compliance policies is a plus.
