Role Description

The Accounts Deputy Manager will oversee the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include maintaining financial records, managing budgets, preparing reports, auditing financial information, and supporting tax filings. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Guwahati, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize the company’s financial processes and ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing processes
• Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, and other financial tools
• Experience in managing accounts payable, receivables, and tax compliance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
• Understanding of industry regulations and corporate financial best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional certifications such as CA/ICWA/CFA are a plus)
• Relevant experience in a managerial position within the manufacturing or similar industry is an advantage
