๐ฏ ROLE OBJECTIVE
To ensure accurate, timely, and consistent recording of all financial and inventory data in Zoho Books by following defined processes.
๐ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Daily Accounting Entries
- Record all sales:
- Website (D2C), Instamart, Offline / distributor, Record all expenses, Vendor payments, Operational expenses, Maintain proper categorization of entries
2. Inventory Entries & Tracking
- Update stock entries in Zoho Books
- Record inward and outward movements
- Assist in basic stock reconciliation
3. Order & Payment Reconciliation
- Match: Orders vs payments received, COD vs settlements, Bank entries vs invoices
4. Weekly Data Updates
- Ensure all entries are updated up to date
- Identify missing entries or mismatches
- Maintain clean and organized records
5. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain proper records of: Invoices. Bills, Payment proofs
6. Support for Compliance
- Assist in preparing data for:
- GST filing
- TDS filing
- Audit
๐ KPIs (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- 100% entry completion (no backlog)
- Accuracy of entries (minimal errors)
- Timely updates (daily / weekly)
- Clean reconciliation of sales & payments
๐ง SKILLS REQUIRED
- Basic knowledge of accounting concepts
- Familiarity with Zoho Books / Tally (preferred)
- Good with Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and SOPs

This is a process-driven role.
You will be required to follow defined systems strictly and handle repetitive tasks with high accuracy.๐ฐ COMPENSATION
- โน15,000 โ โน20,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

- Practical test:
- Entry of sample invoices in Zoho Books
- Basic reconciliation task
