Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts & Data Entry professional based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The role involves managing financial transactions, entering accurate data into accounting systems, maintaining financial records, preparing invoices, and assisting with tax documents. This position also includes collaborating with customers to address financial inquiries and ensuring all financial operations are handled efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to ensure data accuracy and financial record integrity
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with stakeholders effectively
- Proficiency in Finance and Account Management processes
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet tools
- Experience in logistics or transportation industries is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
