About the Role
My Design Minds is looking for a sincere, responsible, and detail-oriented Accounts Cum Admin Executive to support daily office operations, basic accounting tasks, and administrative coordination.
This role is ideal for freshers who want practical exposure in office management, accounting, documentation, and business operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Responsibilities
- Maintain daily expense and payment records
- Handle invoice creation and data entry
- Assist in GST bills, purchase records, and vendor payments
- Maintain Excel sheets for accounts and expenses
- Coordinate with CA/accountant when required
- Track pending payments and follow-ups
Admin Responsibilities
- Handle office documentation and filing
- Manage attendance and basic employee records
- Coordinate office supplies and vendor management
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining office discipline
- Support management in day-to-day operational activities
- Maintain proper records of company documents and reports
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Honest, disciplined, and willing to learn
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks responsibly
Preferred Qualification
- B.Com / BBA / Graduate / Diploma holder
