Job Description: Accounts Coordinator (with Basic Accounting)
Location: Vaishali, Sector 1, Ghaziabad
Work Mode: Work from Office (Full-Time)
Experience: 0–2 Years
Role Overview
This role is primarily focused on internal coordination and follow-ups to ensure all financial data is complete and on time.
The candidate should also be capable of handling basic accounting tasks when required.
Key Responsibilities
● Follow up with internal teams for invoices, bills, expenses, and approvals
● Track and manage pending financial items across teams
● Ensure timely collection and sharing of data with the accounts team
● Maintain proper records and documentation
● Assist in basic accounting entries (journal entries, invoices, etc.)
● Support in reconciliations and monthly closing when required
● Assist in GST and compliance-related work
Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-Have)
● B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
● 0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong basics can apply)
● Basic accounting knowledge is mandatory
● Strong follow-up and coordination skills (core requirement)
● Working knowledge of Excel and Tally (or similar software)
Work Requirements
● Full-time work from office (Vaishali, Sector 1)
● Requires constant coordination with internal teams
● Ability to switch between coordination and accounting tasks when needed
