ROLE INTENT
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Compliance Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in accounting, taxation, compliance, audits, and financial reporting, with the ability to coordinate across departments and ensure timely closure of financial and statutory activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Managing statutory compliances including:
- TDS calculation, payment, and return filing
- GST working, reconciliation, and return filing
- ROC and other regulatory compliances
- Preparation and review of monthly MIS and financial reports
- Coordinating and managing Internal Audits and timely closure of audit observations
- Assisting in Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and Due Diligence processes
- Preparing schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents for auditors
- Ensuring timely closure of books on monthly and annual basis
- Vendor reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and balance confirmations
- Monitoring compliance calendars and ensuring adherence to timelines
- Supporting management with financial analysis and reporting requirements
- Coordination with consultants, auditors, and internal stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com with relevant experience
- 4–8 years of experience in Accounts, Taxation, and Compliance
Strong understanding of:
- TDS
- GST
- Accounting Standards
- Internal Controls
- Audit Processes
- Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software/Tally/ERP systems
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to independently handle deadlines and multiple assignments
