Blue Ridge Limited is a fast-growing investment and operating group with businesses across manufacturing, construction, real estate, medical, and international trade.
We are not looking for a traditional accountant.
We are hiring a numbers-driven operator who can enforce discipline, ensure compliance, and bring financial control across multiple companies.
🚀 What You’ll Be Responsible For
🔹 Financial Control & Reporting
- Maintain accurate books across multiple entities (monthly closing discipline is non-negotiable)
- Prepare management accounts, cash flow tracking, and variance analysis
- Monitor costs, margins, and identify leakages across operations
🔹 Compliance & Regulatory
- Ensure full compliance with MRA, VAT, PAYE, NPF/NSF, and statutory filings
- Manage audits, liaise with external auditors and regulators
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails across all entities
🔹 Group-Level Oversight
- Consolidate financials across businesses
- Standardize accounting processes across companies
- Implement controls to eliminate inefficiencies and fraud risk
🔹 Operational Finance
- Track project costs (especially construction & manufacturing)
- Monitor receivables, payables, and working capital
- Enforce discipline on collections and supplier payments
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Strong accounting foundation (ACCA / ACA / Degree in Accounting or Finance)
- 3–6+ years experience (preferably in multi-entity or audit environment)
- Strong understanding of Mauritius tax & compliance framework
- High ownership mindset — not a task follower, but a problem solver
- Comfortable working across multiple businesses and stakeholders
- Able to handle pressure and enforce discipline where needed
💰 Compensation
What we offer
- 💰 Salary: USD 800 per month or MUR 38,000 or INR 75,000 (equivalent, Base Currency: MUR)
- Includes Company Canteen (USD 100) and Company Accommodation (USD 200)
