We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts & Billing Executive to join our growing team. If you have a strong accounting background and a passion for accuracy and compliance, we’d love to connect with you.
🎓 Education Requirements:
Minimum: Graduation
Preferred: B.Com / M.Com
Additional: MBA or equivalent qualifications (added advantage)
💼 Key Responsibilities:
· Create and manage sales invoices with accuracy
· Ensure timely invoicing to customers
· Communicate effectively with customers
· Coordinate with branch offices and sales teams
· Handle sales processes with high precision
· Process invoices, bills, and vouchers
· Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other regulations
· Analyze financial data for business insights
· Manage and reconcile accounts
· Use accounting tools for efficient financial operations
📊 Accounting Skills:
· Strong knowledge of bookkeeping
· Familiarity with accounting vouchers
· Expertise in record and document maintenance
· Experience in document filing processes
· Understanding of GST and TDS
· Strong analytical and data handling skills
· Bill checking and verification
· Accurate data entry
🧠 Experience:
· 2–3 years of relevant experience
· Experience in the transportation/logistics industry is a plus
💻 Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Advanced knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets
· High typing speed
· Effective email communication
· Internet proficiency for research and tasks
· Experience with Tally software
🌐 Language Proficiency:
· Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
· Additional languages are an advantage
