Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for Accounts-Billing. The role includes managing billing operations, generating invoices, coordinating with clients for billing-related inquiries, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting processes. The role also entails supporting reconciliation of accounts, preparing necessary reports, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all billing activities.
Qualifications
- Experience with Accounts and Billing processes, including generating invoices and maintaining detailed financial records
- Strong data management skills, with proficiency in using accounting software and tools
- Knowledge of tax policies, GST, and other regulatory compliance in India
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and aptitude for handling billing discrepancies effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in logistics or transportation sectors is a plus
