Role Description
The Accounts Associate will be responsible for assisting with daily financial operations at Loco Bear. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves tasks such as maintaining financial records, handling client accounts, processing invoices, troubleshooting account discrepancies, and providing excellent customer service. The associate will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and assist in resolving any queries related to accounts.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
- Analytical skills for reviewing financial records, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy in account management
- Effective communication skills for explaining financial details and resolving client or team inquiries
- Customer service skills for addressing account-related concerns and ensuring client satisfaction
- Prior experience in Account Management or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in accounting tools and software is preferred
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
