Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Assistant Manager located in Chennai. The Accounts Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day financial operations, manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare financial reports, and assist with budgeting and financial analysis. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, collaborating with the finance team for audits, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Accounting
- Experience in Financial Reporting, Budgets, and Analysis
- Skills in Taxation Compliance and Audit Coordination
- Familiarity with Accounting Software and ERP Systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
- Mastery of MS Office, particularly advanced MS Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's Degree or CA qualification is a plus)
- Prior experience in logistics or a related industry is an advantage
