Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Assistant based in the Pune Division. The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, reconciling statements, preparing reports, and assisting the finance team in ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role also involves supporting audits and handling administrative tasks within the accounting department.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting practices, bookkeeping, and financial record management
- Experience in preparing and reconciling financial statements and reports
- Familiarity with accounting software and spreadsheets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent mathematical and analytical thinking capabilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in accounting or finance roles is an advantage
- Good communication and time-management skills
