Role Description
- Prepare salary sheets, calculate salaries (including deductions), and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain GST records, prepare invoices, reconcile entries, and ensure timely filing and payments.
- Prepare TDS sheets, track deductions, and ensure timely filings and payments.
- Record financial transactions in Tally, reconcile entries, and maintain updated books of accounts.
- Track dues, maintain payment and receipt records, and follow up with clients for payments.
- Monitor expenses, manage fund flow, and assist in arranging funds.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for financial documentation and payments.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance and maintain records for audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel.
- Understanding of payroll processing and financial documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
