Role Description
We are seeking an Accounts Assistant for a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division. The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for managing daily bookkeeping tasks, maintaining financial records, assisting with payroll processing, reconciling bank statements, and generating reports. Additional duties include supporting the accounting team in preparing financial documents, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and handling administrative tasks related to accounting operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in bookkeeping, record-keeping, and accounting principles
- Experience with financial statement preparation and bank reconciliation
- Strong skills in using accounting software and tools
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred
- Job location will be Calabar Cross river state .
