Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts and Tax Executive, based in Kolkata for 3 full time accouns and tax executive. The role includes managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping, GST, TDS payment and return filing, review of financial statements. The candidate will handle tax compliance, filing, and resolving related issues, while also preparing financial reports and implementing tax strategies. Collaboration with clients and internal teams is an integral part of the role to manage accounts and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting operations, financial statement preparation, and bookkeeping
- Knowledge of tax compliance, tax filing, and ability to implement tax strategies
- Experience in using accounting software and tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in financial documentation
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams and clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (mandatory)
- Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, or other relevant qualifications are an advantage
