Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for an Accounts and ISO 9000 Document Controller. The role involves managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records, implementing ISO 9000 document control standards, and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure compliance. The ideal candidate will handle records management tasks, review and maintain quality documentation, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless document workflows.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Document Management, Documentation, and Project Documentation processes.
- Experience in Records Management and maintaining high standards of data organization and accessibility.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively coordinate with various teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards and quality management systems is highly desirable.
- High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently.
- Prior experience in accounts management or similar roles is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
