Accounts & Inventory Associate
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month

ORNAZ is a premium natural diamond jewellery brand specializing in engagement rings and fine jewellery. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our finance, inventory, and operational functions while growing with the company.
Key Responsibility
Finance & Accounts
Record and maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime.
Process purchase and sales invoices accurately and on time.
Perform regular bank reconciliations.
Reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.
Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant (CA) for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Assist in the preparation of monthly MIS reports and financial summaries.
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory records for gold, diamonds, gemstones, and finished jewellery.
Track and record all inward and outward stock movements.
Coordinate closely with production and sales teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
Support periodic physical stock verification and audits.
Maintain product costing records and inventory-related documentation.
Operations Support
Manage documentation, record-keeping, and filing processes.
Monitor vendor payments and maintain purchase records.
Track orders and prepare internal operational reports.
Identify discrepancies in records and processes, and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of relevant work experience.
Working knowledge of Tally Prime.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the jewellery, retail, manufacturing, or e-commerce industry will be an added advantage.
