Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Aligarh for an Accounts and HR professional. The role involves managing day-to-day accounts, overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and handling payroll processes. HR responsibilities include recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also requires maintaining accurate records and fostering excellent client and employee interactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Finance and Account Management, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and payroll handling
- Strong Analytical Skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial tasks and HR operations
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and employees
- Experience in HR processes such as recruitment, employee onboarding, and attendance management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and laws related to employment and finance is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting and payroll software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) is a plus
