This role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking. The specialist will support financial planning and analysis, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and prepare periodic financial reports for internal stakeholders and management. They will help ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls, and coordinate with auditors and external partners as needed. The role also includes working closely with project and operations teams to support client billing, revenue recognition, and financial aspects of clinical supply chain projects.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Account Management skills, including experience with budgeting, reporting, and handling accounts payable/receivable.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams and interact professionally with clients and vendors.
