Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts and Finance Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Accounts and Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, management of budgets, financial reporting, tax compliance, auditing, and cost optimization. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting responsibilities, developing financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The manager will also collaborate with internal teams to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and cost control
- Proficiency in accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with auditing processes and regulatory compliance in finance
- Knowledge of accounting software and financial tools
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities for team collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA/CPA preferred)
- Prior experience in the healthcare or hospital industry is an advantage
