🧾 Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager who can manage end-to-end accounting operations, handle MIS reporting, and lead a team efficiently. The candidate should have strong financial knowledge along with proven team handling and leadership skills.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise the accounts team and ensure smooth daily operations
* Review team work for accuracy in bookkeeping, entries, and reconciliations
* Prepare and analyze MIS reports for management
* Handle accounts payable & receivable processes
* Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations
* Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory regulations
* Coordinate with auditors for internal & external audits
* Train, guide, and mentor team members
* Improve processes for better efficiency and accuracy
👥 Team Handling Requirements
* Experience in managing a team of 4-7 members (or more)
* Ability to delegate tasks, monitor performance, and meet deadlines
* Strong leadership and Excellent communication skills
* Experience in team training and performance management
✅ Key Requirements
* 7+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance
* Strong experience in MIS reporting & accounting operations
* Knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance
* Proficiency in Excel & accounting software (Tally/ERP)
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills

* B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
