Job Description – Accounting and Finance Leadership Role

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Role Overview:

As a Finance Leader, you will manage financial planning, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and reporting. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners like banks/NBFCs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Book closing and financial finalization

- Tax compliance (Income Tax, GST, TDS)

- Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

- Cash flow and liquidity management

- Business partnering with internal teams

- Reporting and financial analysis

- Process improvement and automation

- Risk analysis and mitigation

 

Requirements:

- CA or ACCA qualification

- 7+ years of experience in finance/FP&A

- Strong accounting knowledge (AP, AR, GL, book closing)

- Experience in tax handling (GST, TDS, Income Tax)

- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills

- Experience with BI tools is a plus

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
