Job Summary:
We are looking for an Accounts & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, vendor payments, client outstanding follow-ups, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth financial and operational processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Accounts & Finance Responsibilities
- Process and manage vendor invoices, payment schedules, and vendor reconciliations
- Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, payment status, and documentation requirements
- Track and monitor client outstanding payments and ensure timely follow-ups for collections
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve payment-related queries and discrepancies
- Maintain accounts receivable and payable records
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain expense tracking records
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and payment status reports
- Support GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation by coordinating with relevant teams.
Administration & Coordination Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams for invoice processing, approvals, and operational requirements
- Maintain agreements, vendor records, and documentation
- Handle office administration and day-to-day operational activities
- Coordinate with service providers and vendors for smooth office operations
- Track and maintain office assets and administrative records
- Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks and follow-ups across teams
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
- Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting software
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and invoice processing
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Qualification & Experience:
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
