Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi. The Accounts Analyst will manage day-to-day financial activities, including preparing and analyzing financial data and processing invoices accurately. Responsibilities also include providing exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure financial reports are accurate and timely. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills to support decision-making and ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and identify trends and insights
- Proficiency in Finance, including knowledge of financial principles, reporting, and budgeting
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients effectively
- Experience with Invoicing processes, including generating, reviewing, and reconciling invoices
- Customer Service skills to address inquiries and provide support in a professional manner
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and record-keeping
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools is an advantage
