Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Accounts / Admin / Customer Service professional. The primary responsibilities include handling customer service inquiries, managing accounts and financial records, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting the overall operational processes of the company. The candidate will interact with clients, manage customer relations, and ensure efficient communication and coordination across departments.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to manage data, solve problems, and ensure efficient financial and operational reporting
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions and maintain positive relationships
- Proficiency in Finance and Account Management to handle financial records, invoices, and budgets
- Experience in administrative tasks such as document management, scheduling, and coordination
- Proficiency in relevant accounting and office software (e.g., Excel, Tally, or similar tools) is advantageous
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in the interior design or manufacturing sector, is a plus
