What You'll Be Doing

As the Commercial Product Manager for Marketplace, you will lead the development and growth of our marketplace services in collaboration with the Ecosystem team. You will play a key role in driving the success of Accountor Software's partnerships. In this full-time and permanent role, you will be part of the Partnerships team within the Ecosystems unit. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing the marketplace product strategy with the Ecosystems team.
• Taking ownership of Accountor Software Marketplace development initiatives and managing the marketplace vision and translating it into a feasible roadmap, while overseeing the service life cycle management.
• Defining, managing, and communicating the marketplace product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. Ensuring that customer challenges are validated and understood before solutions are designed.
• Driving service success, future development, and profitability through product adoption, revenue growth, and active customer engagement.
• Being the subject matter expert and the voice of the product towards customers and within Accountor Software.

Location: For this position you can be located in Finland, Sweden, or Norway, as long as you are close to one of our offices as we work in a hybrid-mode. Our headquarters and most of the team is located in Espoo but we also have offices in Tampere, Turku, Jyväskylä, Oulu, Stockholm, and Oslo.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Commercial Product Manager with a background in similar types of types with independent responsibility driving product development forward. For the role we are looking for someone with:

• Natural business acumen, strong drive and ambition. You make things happen, feel accountable for your own success, and have a strong “hands-on” attitude.
• Experience in leading development projects efficiently from early phases to closure, especially from ecommerce, app store, or marketplace perspective.
• Proven experience in commercial service management including full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for launched services
• Familiarity with product development in the software industry, having worked in relevant positions such as designer, product owner or product manager
• Familiarity with API Economy and growing integration partner network
• Experience in designing, developing, or managing integration marketplaces.
• Experience in commercially managing e-commerce, app stores, or marketplaces.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong ability to collect and analyze relevant information and turn information to development actions.

• Understanding of financial and HR management software markets, software development, and business processes.
