This is not a routine accountant role. You will take meaningful ownership of financial operations for US businesses navigating rapid growth.
The Opportunity
As an Accounting Specialist, you will support end-to-end accounting operations and financial reporting for US-based clients operating across technology, software, and retail industries.
You will work within lean, high-performance finance teams where attention to detail, ownership, and process thinking directly influence business outcomes.
This role is ideal for professionals seeking strong exposure to US accounting environments, broader responsibilities, and long-term international career growth.
What You Will Own
- Support month-end close under US GAAP including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and supporting schedules
- Assist with financial reporting and operational reporting processes
- Manage reconciliations across revenue, expenses, and balance sheet accounts
- Support accounting workflows for technology, software, and retail business models
- Track financial data accuracy and assist with cash flow reporting
- Collaborate directly with US founders, Controllers, and finance teams
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate accounting processes
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of accounting experience with exposure to US GAAP
- Experience supporting technology, software, retail, or high-growth business environments preferred
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations
- ERP experience (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)
- Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- CA / CPA (or pursuing) is a plus
- Strong communication skills with exposure to US stakeholders preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
