Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Professional to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is an on-site role located in Siliguri. The role involves managing financial records, preparing reports, monitoring compliance with financial regulations, and assisting in audits. The Accounting Professional will also analyze data for decision-making, ensure accuracy in reporting, and provide support in budgeting processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in bookkeeping, general ledger management, and financial statement preparation
- Strong analytical skills for budgeting, forecasting, and financial data analysis
- Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance standards, and audit processes
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks, Tally, or similar platforms
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
- Effective communication skills for reporting and collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus
- Experience in corporate finance or consultancy will be an added advantage
