ROLE OVERVIEW

Responsible for end-to-end accounting activities, monthly review and closing, team supervision, and ensuring timely completion of work while maintaining compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 guidelines.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Vendor bill processing & reconciliation
• Bank & credit card entries and reconciliation
• Payroll processing & reconciliation
• Accounts receivable (AR) & revenue reconciliation
• Preparation and sharing of customer invoices
• Sales tax calculation and filing
• Month-end activities (accruals, prepayments, depreciation, deferred revenue)
• Financial statement preparation and review
• Maintaining document checklists, libraries, and client reports
• Internal communication for routine queries
• Client billing (including hourly clients)
• Reviewing work completed by team members
• Ensuring data confidentiality and ISO compliance
