ROLE OVERVIEW
Responsible for end-to-end accounting activities, monthly review and closing, team supervision, and ensuring timely completion of work while maintaining compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 guidelines.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Vendor bill processing & reconciliation
- Bank & credit card entries and reconciliation
- Payroll processing & reconciliation
- Accounts receivable (AR) & revenue reconciliation
- Preparation and sharing of customer invoices
- Sales tax calculation and filing
- Month-end activities (accruals, prepayments, depreciation, deferred revenue)
- Financial statement preparation and review
- Maintaining document checklists, libraries, and client reports
- Internal communication for routine queries
- Client billing (including hourly clients)
- Reviewing work completed by team members
- Ensuring data confidentiality and ISO compliance
