Hiring: Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant (Hybrid)
We’re looking for a sharp, execution-focused Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant to take ownership of core finance operations and bring structure, accuracy, and control into our accounting function.
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, payroll accounting)
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI)
• Manage audits and liaise with external auditors
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes
• Prepare MIS reports and provide actionable financial insights
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
What We’re Looking For:
• CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent
• 4–8+ years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards and compliance
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
• High ownership mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth environment
