Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Manager, based in Mumbai, India. The Accounting Manager will oversee accurate preparation of financial statements, manage journal entries, and maintain the organization’s fixed assets. They will also be responsible for conducting regular financial analysis, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and developing streamlined financial processes. Additional responsibilities include monitoring the overall financial health of the organization, contributing to budgeting efforts, and providing leadership in a dynamic business environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in Journal Entries (Accounting) and Fixed Assets management
- In-depth knowledge of Finance and financial principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team
- Experience with financial software and proficiency in MS Excel
- Prior experience in financial consulting or a similar role is advantageous
