Role Description The Accounting Management Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli. This role involves designing and delivering training modules in accounting principles, financial management, and related software tools to learners at various levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting classroom and lab sessions, assessing learner progress, and providing individualized guidance and feedback. The trainer will also collaborate with colleagues to update curricula, align content with industry standards, and support learners with examinations and practical projects. Additional activities may include participating in workshops, contributing to academic planning, and maintaining accurate training and performance records.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to explain accounting concepts, interpret financial data, and support problem-solving in practical scenarios.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact effectively with learners, colleagues, and stakeholders, and to deliver clear, engaging training sessions.
- Proven Training experience, including designing curricula, facilitating group sessions, and using varied teaching methodologies to support learner outcomes.
- Competence in Management Development, guiding learners on leadership, team coordination, and professional behavior in accounting and finance settings.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and common accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP tools, spreadsheets).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site full time, manage multiple batches or courses, and maintain organized records of training activities and learner performance.
- Experience in academic or corporate training environments and familiarity with digital teaching tools and learning management systems is beneficial.
